• All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
• We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content without written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorisation.

All content on HintFlow — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code — is the property of HintFlow or its content creators and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If you submit content to the Service (e.g., comments, feedback), you grant HintFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
